Fair pricing and absolutely amazing customer service. They genuinely love what they do and it shows. Shelby was so easy to work with and super communicative. We rented an inflatable for a graduation party and it was a HUGE hit!! My kids and their cousins who were in town for graduation fully enjoyed having the bouncy house for the whole weekend. Even as our plans changed on pick up day, they were so gracious about adjusting for us and we truly appreciated it. As small business owners ourselves, we always love supporting other local businesses when we can and Big Bash more than exceeded our expectations. The bounce house was spotless, well-maintained, and looked even better than the pictures. The kids had an absolute blast and stayed entertained for hours. Pickup was just as smooth and hassle-free. It exceeded my expectations and the pricing was best in town. Shelby had great communication,  any questions I had she was quick to respond. Very nice family business,  we will be using again.
